About Daniel
Daniel spent six years as a game-mathematics analyst at two independent test laboratories, where his job was to take a studio's paytable and RNG implementation and prove – or disprove – that the published RTP was true. He has certified more than 400 slot, table and Originals-style titles, and Plinko-type binomial games were his specialism for the last two of those years.
He joined PlinkoGames.io at launch in 2024 to build the one thing he felt every Plinko site was missing: a simulator that uses the real paytables and honest 50/50 pegs rather than a flashy animation with made-up multipliers. Every board on this site, every calculator and every probability quoted in a guide is computed by code he wrote and re-runs on each rebuild.
Outside the site he lectures on probability for a casino-operations diploma and maintains an open-source verifier for provably-fair seeds.
Areas of expertise
- Binomial and multinomial payout modelling
- RTP and volatility certification
- Provably-fair (HMAC-SHA256) verification
- Monte-Carlo session simulation
- Betting-system analysis
How Daniel works
I never quote a number I have not computed. If a guide says the 16-row high-risk corner hits 1 in 32,768, the figure comes from the paytable in our code, and you can reproduce it in the odds calculator. When a casino changes a table, the rebuild changes every figure on the site at once.
Background
- BSc Mathematics, University of Lisbon
